To show service locations on a map and estimate travel distance, we may send an address or coordinates to mapping and routing services such as OpenStreetMap and its routing services.

Location Information

When you give us a service address, we convert that address into approximate map coordinates so we can plan travel and schedule your appointment. Your address and its coordinates are stored privately and are never shown publicly on our website.

Location on Our Devices

Our own staff tools may ask permission to read the current location of the device being used, and only when the user taps a button to share it. We do not track any device continuously or in the background, and declining that permission does not affect your service. Only authorized people working for Mobile Man Detailing can see service locations, and we do not sell or trade location information.

People Who Perform Your Service

Detailing may be performed by an authorized person working with Mobile Man Detailing. Before a service is assigned, that person can only see general information such as the city, the vehicle and the type of service. Your exact address and contact details are shared only after the service is assigned to them, and only so they can complete your appointment. They cannot see our customer list, our finances, or any other customer's information.
